This Pannier Set can carry anything. But it is ideal for packing bulky things like meat. The Panniers are made of black Bear/Iron Cloth material. This incredibly tough fabric does not rot or mildew.
We put a 10" D x 12" L leather piece on each bottom corner for reinforcement, which is stitched onto the Bear Cloth material. The handle loops are doubled and stitched harness leather with a roller buckle for easy adjustment.
