Our shipments go out either by UPS Ground or USPS. Your shipping cost is directly linked to the weight of the item being purchased, except for international orders.

Shipping cost is non-refundable.

IMPORTANT: We don't charge UPS freight charges for international shipments at the check-out. Please contact us regarding international shipping rates. We use different shipping companies to find the best rate. Please be aware that we are not responsible for international custom fees. These charges have to be paid in addition to our shipping fees and are due when the international shipment arrives in the foreign country.

As soon as the order arrives inspect all items for damages or missing parts/pieces and contact us immediately.
