This Gravel Pannier is a great tool for trail work. The bottom folds up and you put sand or gravel in the top. You then drop the bottom and it will unload over the spot you want it on the trail. Measurements: The body is 50 inches long, the opening on the top measures circa 12" x 12" and has a D-shaped steel frame. The total circumference is 40 inches. We use a 3/8 poly dac rope. Sold as a set of 2, each pannier weighs 10 lbs.
